When I started this coaching company, it began with hope, prayer, and a burning desire to share with others what I have learned in my fight to overcome “the Little Dictator” (as I call it) that incessantly tried to keep me living in fear, doubt, and self-destruction. What I realized is that most people struggle with the nagging thoughts of “not good enough” (not smart enough, not pretty enough, not educated enough, not fill in the blank). And in most cases, this is the very standing between us and the life of our dreams! It’s sad and senseless because we were born to grow and be the best person we can be!
In an effort to reach more people, we are raising money for equipment, advertising, training, etc.
We firmly believe there is a great need for more awareness of the fact that to combat these limiting fears and beliefs, more emphasis needs to be placed on cultivating the greatest love all – self-love. When we are able to genuinely love the person we are created to be, that authenticity has a ripple effect in truly loving one another. Compassion is one of the greatest gifts we can give each other for sure. But in order to give it, we must nurture it within ourselves.
