Before I built a business rooted in spiritual integrity and energetic alignment…
I was my own first client.
Not because I planned to be.
But because life forced me to become one.
I Didn’t Start With a Brand. I Started With a Breakdown.
There was no whiteboard strategy.
No dream client avatar.
No master plan to become a spiritual business alchemist.
There was just me – exhausted, confused, and quietly crumbling under the weight of a life I no longer recognized.
From the outside, everything looked fine.
On the inside, I was unraveling.
I didn’t know it at the time, but I was in the middle of an initiation.
Not into business.
Not into coaching.
But into self-leadership.
The Unraveling Was the Beginning
The ache didn’t arrive all at once.
It started as disconnection.
Moments of numbness I couldn’t explain.
A sense that the life I had worked so hard to build no longer fit – not because it was bad, but because I was outgrowing it. (Sound familiar?)
I was a woman people came to for answers, support, wisdom.
But inside, I was struggling to hold myself.
So I did what high-functioning women do: I tried to fix it.
I read all the books.
I chased every modality.
I looked for someone to save me.
But nothing truly shifted until I stopped outsourcing my healing… and started listening to my own soul.
A Passage That Changed Everything
I’ll never forget the moment.
I was reading yet another book, desperate for clarity, when I stumbled across a passage that described how every flower begins its life…
Buried in darkness.
Cracking open its own shell.
Reaching blindly through the dirt.
Trusting – without proof – that the light would come.
At that moment…
Something in me broke open.
That wasn’t a metaphor. That was my life.
For the first time, I saw that what I was going through wasn’t punishment.
It was initiation.
Healing Didn’t Start with Fixing – It Started with Facing
That moment didn’t magically fix everything.
But it shifted me from resistance to reverence.
I stopped fighting my shadows.
I started listening to them.
I began to ask different questions:
→ What if I’m not broken – just buried?
→ What if this grief is sacred?
→ What if I already have what I need… and just need to trust myself enough to follow it?
That was the beginning of a new kind of personal development.
One that wasn’t rooted in hustle or high-performance… but in intuition, embodiment, and emotional sovereignty.
And through that messy, nonlinear, deeply spiritual process…
The Portal: Sacred Unraveling™ was born.
I Created What I Needed But Couldn’t Find
Everything I now teach – in my programs, my sessions, my writing – was forged in the fire of my own transformation.
The Portal™ isn’t a theory.
It’s not a template.
It’s not something I pulled from a coaching certification.
It’s the path I walked myself through – over years of shedding, remembering, healing, and becoming.
It’s how I reclaimed my power, rewired my nervous system, and rebuilt my life from the inside out.

Because it’s not just informed by knowledge.
It’s infused with lived wisdom.
