If you’ve been in the personal development space for a while, you may have heard of EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), also known as tapping.

When I introduce EFT to my clients, many are skeptical at first. “How could tapping on a few points on my body possibly release decades of limiting beliefs and hidden trauma?”

But the truth is, EFT helps access the body’s energy system, calming the nervous system and creating space for deep emotional healing.
